Abstract

The article examines the personnel challenges that have arisen for the science and mathematics education system in Ukraine under martial law. Particular attention is paid to the shortage of teaching staff, professional mobility of teachers, problems of professional burnout and adaptation to new educational formats. The transformation of the role of the teacher, the need for advanced training in the conditions of digitalization and distance learning, as well as changes in the training of future science and mathematics specialists are considered. Based on the analysis of the current situation, strategic directions of personnel policy are proposed to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the educational process during the crisis period.
