Prykhodchuk A.V. Development of Corporate Identity for the Tattoo Studio “Electra Heart”. Qualification Thesis. Kyiv: Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University, 2025, 45 p. This qualification thesis is dedicated to the development of a corporate identity for the tattoo studio Electra Heart — a creative space oriented towards youth, non-binary individuals, representatives of the creative industries, and people seeking emotional self-expression. The relevance of the topic stems from the growing importance of visual identity in a highly competitive tattoo services market, as well as the increasing demand for studios that are not only professional but also emotionally safe and aesthetically authentic. The project includes a pre-design analysis, a study of the target audience, competitive landscape, and current trends in design and communication within the tattoo industry. Particular attention is paid to the emotional and sociocultural dimensions of the brand, including its feminist, inclusive, and charitable aspects. The developed identity of the studio is based on the aesthetics of grunge, Y2K, and post-punk, combined with the concept of a visual diary — a space where the client’s experience is captured through tattoo art. A unique graphic system is proposed, including a logo, color palette, typography, textures, branded merchandise, printed materials, and outdoor advertising. All design elements are aimed at building emotional communication with the client, fostering trust, and creating a sense of community. The practical result of the work is a developed brand identity that provides visual and conceptual guidelines for the studio’s future development. Such a corporate identity not only helps the studio stand out in the market but also serves a social function — supporting personal identity and emotional vulnerability through art.
