Abstract
Shulha Y.A. Development of the corporate identity of the craft ice cream cafe «HOLODOK». Qualification work. Kyiv: Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University, 2025. 78 с. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of creating a corporate identity for catering establishments on the example of the craft ice cream cafe «HOLODOK». The thesis analyzes the theoretical foundations of the formation of visual identity of brands and identifies the main stages of corporate identity development. In the course of the pre-project research, the historical background of the identity was considered, current visual solutions in the field of branding of food establishments were studied, and the competitive environment in which the «HOLODOK» brand will operate was analyzed. Special attention is paid to the study of the target audience, its visual preferences and expectations, which became the basis for the formation of an effective design concept. The practical part includes the development of a logo, font and color palette, as well as auxiliary graphic elements that together form a coherent corporate identity. The visual system positions the brand as modern, fresh, and appealing to the product's individuality and local character. Thus, the paper combines an analytical approach to the study of visual identity with the practical application of knowledge in the field of graphic design. The results obtained can be used to promote a real brand in today's market.
