Abstract

Purpose of the work: to determine the features of organizing an interdisciplinary team in a territorial community in the process of overcoming the consequences of military actions. In general, attention is paid to the specifics of organizing interdisciplinary interaction in crisis situations arising as a result of military actions. The mechanisms of interaction between specialists from different fields are analyzed in order to ensure comprehensive support for the affected population, including the provision of social, psychological, informational, material, non-material and other types of assistance. Methodology: the article is written on the basis of an analysis of the relevant scientific literature. To achieve the set goal, the study used theoretical research methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Scientific novelty: territorial communities show the need for organizing interdisciplinary interaction in crisis situations arising as a result of military actions. Conclusions: in order to fully understand the features of interdisciplinary interaction in a territorial community, the author considered approaches to organizing an interdisciplinary team (integrated and comprehensive approach); principles of work of an interdisciplinary team in a territorial community (principle of membership, principle of integration, principle of collective responsibility); determined which specialists can be part of an interdisciplinary team (social specialists, social workers, psychologists, specialists of an educational institution, medical workers, etc.). Based on the presented material, the features of organizing interdisciplinary interaction in a territorial community that has suffered from military actions were identified and substantiated. In general, attention was paid to the specifics of organizing interdisciplinary interaction in crisis situations arising as a result of military actions. The mechanisms of interaction between specialists from various fields were analyzed in order to ensure comprehensive support for the affected population, including the provision of social, psychological, informational, material, non-material and other types of assistance.
