Abstract
This article explores the issue of interactive training for senior pupils of the secondary schools in the framework of extracurricular vocal classes, as well as introduces the latest and up-to-date methods and techniques of creative interaction (creative dialogue) between a teacher and pupils on the basis of studying of the vocal heritage of the Ukrainian composers. It analyzes teaching methods and techniques which aim at broadening the pupils’ knowledge of the vocal music and its culturological background, promoting their working out of the emotional evaluation of the performance, as well as encouraging their creative self-expression in the vocal activities.
