Abstract
Husar A. Using storytelling in creating content for Instagram: a lifestyle project about Kyiv «Kyiv Stories» is an Instagram project that explores the urban life of the capital through personal visual and text notes. At a time when the digital space plays a crucial role in shaping the perception of the city, the project becomes a platform for rethinking Kyiv through storytelling. The goal is not only to record changes in the urban environment, but also to create an emotional connection between a person and space, to help the audience see Kyiv in motion, details and moods. The content combines author's photographs, videos and texts created on the basis of personal observation, research into history, architecture and cultural landscape. Each post is a separate microstory that reveals the city through an individual lens: streets, cafes, bookstores, events, seasonal routes and places that are usually not written about in guidebooks. The platform chosen was Instagram, as the most flexible storytelling tool: through posts, stories, reels. Thanks to this approach, the Kyiv Stories project not only shares information, but also forms a community of people who love the city - in the frame, word and feeling.
