Abstract

The article reveals the essence of three vectors of perception of the phenomenon "independence", namely: independence as a personal trait (quality, property) of the personality of the education seeker; independence as a characteristic of the activity and behavior of the education seeker; independence as a generalized characteristic of the activity of the education seeker. The development of independence as a personal quality, characteristics of the activity and activity of the primary education seeker is analyzed. Attention is focused on the features of the development of cognitive independence in martial law conditions. In this context, it is about building the development process taking into account the manifestation by students of an increased level of anxiety, emotional instability, and confusion. The means of effective planning for the development of cognitive independence of younger schoolchildren in martial law include the organization of the learning process in accordance with the eco-intedifferential approach, facilitating individual choice of the direction of educational activity by students, the use of innovative and stimulating means of processing content with the use of new methods of action.
