Abstract

The article characterizes pedagogical activity as an effective process as a kind of meta-activity, the effectiveness of which is accompanied by reflexive processes, centering on education seekers (primary school students, students) as active participants in the educational process with their inherent cognitive interests, educational needs, striving for self-realization, self-education, self-education. Also, pedagogical activity is considered as a special type of social activity, which is aimed at creating optimal conditions in the educational process for designing learning - self-learning, education - self-education, development - self-development of the personality of education seekers and to promote their choice of opportunities for self-realization and self-expression.
