Abstract
"Mental Care" is a socially significant project created within the framework of the Instagram social network, focusing on the topic of psychological well-being. "Mental Care" is an informational project based on the Instagram platform, dedicated to promoting mental well-being in the context of war. Its main goal is to disseminate reliable and accessible information about mental health via Instagram. The project was implemented in a multimedia format, actively using carousel posts, mini-podcasts, and interactive stories. The content combines scientifically grounded materials with a simple and understandable presentation. The project targets an audience that actively uses Instagram and shows interest in psychoeducation. During the creation and implementation of the project, an online survey was conducted to assess the current emotional state of the audience in order to adjust and adapt the content to their actual needs. The visual design of the project was developed using a yellow-black-red color palette. This project serves as an example of digital journalism that focuses on socially sensitive issues. Its content demonstrates both media literacy and psychoeducational components.
