Abstract

Unlike traditional psychotherapy, art therapy allows people who find it difficult to talk about trauma to safely express their emotions through singing and sound. The method is particularly effective in the early stages of post-crisis intervention, when verbal expression can be too difficult. The practical significance of the work lies in the creation of a structured protocol for vocal therapy assistance and methodological development for specialists in psychological services.
