Abstract

The paper explores the potential of the social media platform Instagram as a tool for psychological support during wartime. It analyzes pages of Ukrainian initiatives, professional psychologists, and volunteers, as well as presents an original media project developed in the format of an Instagram page. The content includes informative posts, reels, interviews, and infographics with expert advice. Special attention is paid to visual means of expression, the genre nature of materials, and audience response. The results of the project’s implementation confirm the effectiveness of Instagram as a space for emotional support, psychoeducation, and the formation of a digital community of support.
