Abstract

The formation of a new architecture of international security involves the creation of new alliances, one of the most effective among them is the Nordic-Baltic. The prospects of this association lie in the fact that communications are being established, information, economic, diplomatic, military-technical networks are being created in the South-North direction. Given the reformatting of the foreign and security policy of the countries of Northern Europe from predominantly neutral to deterrent, there is an awareness of the destructive role of Muscovy and its exclave of the Kaliningrad region. Northern European and Baltic countries are strengthening their own cooperation, exchange of experience, and coordinating activities to support the Ukrainian economy, the defense-industrial complex, and the training of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
