Abstract
In the dynamic world of business, where competition and market conditions are constantly changing, effective cost management and pricing are key factors for survival and success. Traditional accounting methods based on full costing often do not give management sufficient flexibility to respond quickly to new challenges. This is where marginal analysis comes to the fore, offering a fundamentally new approach to evaluating performance and justifying management decisions. This method, which focuses on the relationship between sales, costs, and profits, enables informed and timely decisions.
