Abstract
The master’s thesis explores the issue of developing emotional intelligence in future university teachers within the context of modern higher education. The study analyzes theoretical approaches to emotional intelligence in Ukrainian and international academic discourse and systematizes organizational and pedagogical practices of its development in different countries. Based on a comparative analysis, an author’s model for developing emotional intelligence is substantiated, and methodological recommendations for integrating international experience into the training of future university teachers in Ukraine are proposed, including a “6–12–24 roadmap”.
