Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the need to develop the socio-financial literacy of a growing personality, starting from preschool age, which involves the development of social competence and financial literacy skills that contribute to children's awareness of their rights and duties, the formation of their elementary skills in budget planning, rational resource management, learning to save, evaluating opportunities, and forming leadership qualities, as well as the importance of preparing educators to implement this activity in the educational process of a preschool education institution. The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for preparing future educators to develop the financial literacy of older preschool children in the educational process of a preschool education institution. The practical significance of the master's thesis lies in the substantiation and experimental verification of the pedagogical conditions for preparing educators to develop the financial literacy of older preschool children in the educational process of a preschool education institution.
