Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of forming representations of time in preschool children and the necessity of targeted pedagogical influence on this process. The potential of museum pedagogy as an innovative pedagogical tool for forming representations of time in older preschool children is substantiated. It has been established that in the context of forming temporal representations in preschool children, museum pedagogy is an effective means of activating a child's cognitive activity and forming their elementary representations of historical, natural, and cultural phenomena and events, including time as a fundamental characteristic of these phenomena. The purpose of the study is the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the pedagogical conditions for forming representations of time in older preschool children by means of museum pedagogy. The practical significance of the master's thesis lies in the substantiation and experimental verification of the pedagogical conditions for forming representations of time in older preschool children by means of museum pedagogy; appropriate forms of educational interaction with older preschool children have been developed: the creation of mini-museums, a museum calendar, etc.
