Abstract

The master’s thesis is devoted to a relevant issue of modern preschool and higher pedagogical education, namely the training of future preschool teachers for artistic and productive image creation of children of the fifth year of life in the context of implementing the requirements of the State Standard of Preschool Education of Ukraine and orienting the educational process toward the development of the child’s creative potential. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the professional training of future teachers for organizing artistic and productive activities of preschool children, taking into account their age-specific characteristics and modern educational approaches. The study substantiates the pedagogical conditions for training future preschool teachers for artistic and productive image creation of children of the fifth year of life; clarifies the content of key research concepts, in particular artistic and productive image creation, image creation technologies, and professional training of a preschool teacher; and characterizes the age-specific features of artistic and productive activity of children of the fifth year of life, as well as the pedagogical conditions for its effective organization. In the course of the research, criteria, indicators, and levels of readiness of future preschool teachers to organize artistic and productive image creation of children were identified, and appropriate diagnostic and methodological tools were tested. The aim of the master’s thesis is the theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions for training future preschool teachers for artistic and productive image creation of children of the fifth year of life. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the developed methodological recommendations and diagnostic tools in the process of professional training of future preschool teachers.
