Abstract
The master’s thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing product competitiveness and substantiates approaches to its improvement based on the case of LLC “Nestlé Ukraine.” The study summarises modern concepts of competitiveness and analyses key assessment methods, including integral, differential, expert and matrix approaches, as well as SWOT analysis and benchmarking. The master's thesis is presented on 76 pages, consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references detailing 51 items, and 7 appendices. The work contains 8 tables and 12 figures. The analysis of LLC “Nestlé Ukraine” covers the organisational and economic characteristics of the enterprise, its market position, production and financial performance, and the level of product competitiveness compared with major competitors. The research identifies the company’s key strengths and weaknesses that influence its market standing. Based on the findings, practical recommendations are proposed to enhance product competitiveness through improvements in assortment and marketing policies, increased innovation activity, optimisation of resource use, and the introduction of modern management tools. The suggested measures can be applied in the strategic planning of the enterprise to strengthen its market resilience.
