Abstract

The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions presented on 78 pages, a list of references with 72 sources, containing 12 tables and appendices. Object of research is the process of providing administrative services in the territorial communities of Ukraine. Subject of research is the mechanisms and ways of improving the provision of administrative services in territorial communities (using the example of the Kalytyanska United Territorial Community). The aim of the work is the theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improving the mechanism for providing administrative services in territorial communities to increase their quality and effectiveness. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of mechanisms for providing administrative services at the local level, clarifies basic concepts, and analyzes the regulatory and legal framework; explores international experience in applying mechanisms for providing administrative services in territorial communities and identifies possibilities for its adaptation to Ukrainian realities; conducts an analysis of the current state and characteristics of the ASC’s activities in the Kalytyanska United Territorial Community, identifying key problems and limitations in providing services within the community; substantiates directions for improving the information support of the administrative services system, identifies ways to increase the system's effectiveness under conditions of ensuring information security, and develops recommendations for the overall improvement of the quality of services for the population. Microsoft Office Excel and Microsoft Office Word application packages were used during the execution of the work.
