Abstract

The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, references, and appendices. The total volume is 90 pages and includes 11 tables, 9 illustrations, 3 appendices, and 52 sources. The first chapter summarizes theoretical approaches to stress and stress resilience, factors influencing employees' psychological responses, and modern diagnostic methods. The second chapter analyzes the activities of the National Center “Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” and the Science Museum, examines personnel characteristics, and justifies the need for stress resilience assessment. Empirical diagnostics (PSS-10 and a stress resilience test) revealed a moderate stress level, emotional and physiological tension, and reduced self-efficacy. The third chapter proposes a comprehensive strategy for enhancing stress resilience, combining educational, psychological, organizational, and monitoring measures, along with an evaluation of their effectiveness.
