Abstract
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters (each containing two subsections), conclusions, a list of references, and an appendix. The total volume of the work is 74 pages and includes 12 tables, 7 illustrations, 1 appendix, and 50 sources. The first chapter summarizes theoretical approaches to managing an organization during wartime, including process, situational, defensive, innovative, and partnership approaches, as well as modern models such as LEAN, Agile, and antifragile frameworks. The second chapter analyzes management processes in 2023-2025 and identifies the impact of flexible and data-driven models on the efficiency and resilience of the enterprise. The third chapter provides practical recommendations for improving organizational management under wartime conditions, including the implementation of an online project management platform, development of a risk matrix, introduction of electronic financial systems, and formation of a reserve fund.
