Abstract
The master's thesis examines theoretical and practical aspects of enterprise development project management in the context of digital transformation. It summarises PMBOK, Agile, hybrid methodologies, business process reengineering (BPR), and digital business models that form the methodological basis for organisational change. The thesis consists of 78 pages and includes 28 tables, 18 figures, 4 appendices, and 56 references. The study presents a diagnostic analysis of the enterprise, covering financial performance, digital maturity, operational efficiency, technological debt, and managerial gaps that justify the need for an anti-crisis digital transformation initiative. Practical recommendations are proposed, including the implementation of a Controlling PMO, a PMIS, a hybrid model, optimisation of key business processes, increased automation, and a change management programme. These measures aim to enhance managerial discipline, reduce operational inefficiencies, improve decision transparency, and support the development of a sustainable digital business model.
