Abstract

The master's thesis is devoted to the study of the management of the development of emotional competence of the organization's personnel. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of sources used and applications. The total volume of the work is 84 pages, contains 10 tables, 10 figures and 4 appendices; the list of sources used includes 56 titles. The first chapter reveals the essence and structure of emotional competence and its importance for the professional activity of the staff. The second chapter analyzes the activities of the Social Services Center of the Prylutsk City Council of the Chernihiv region and assesses the level of emotional competence of employees and its impact on team effectiveness. The third chapter offers a set of management measures and methodological approaches to the development and assessment of the emotional competence of personnel in order to improve the quality of social services and prevent emotional burnout.
