Abstract
The paper examines the improvement of small enterprises' activities using the example of ECO TRANS BUD LLC. The master's thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the management of small enterprises in modern conditions. It reveals the essence and significance of small business, the specifics of the management system, and methodological approaches to assessing its effectiveness. Using the example of ECO TRANSBUD LLC, an analysis of the organizational structure, personnel policy, and financial results is conducted. Key management problems are identified and directions for their elimination are determined. The introduction of digital technologies and an AI assistant for automating planning and control is proposed, as well as an updated personnel motivation system based on work performance. The economic effect of the measures has been calculated, confirming the growth in productivity and profitability of the enterprise.
