Abstract
The master's thesis is devoted to the theoretical justification, analytical assessment, and practical development of measures aimed at improving the competitiveness management system of an enterprise in the context of modern market challenges and wartime economic conditions. The study clarifies the essence and structure of competitiveness, examines contemporary tools and strategies for its enhancement, and summarizes methodological approaches to assessing competitive positions. The analytical part provides a comprehensive evaluation of the activities of Dnipro M LLC, including its organizational and economic characteristics, internal factors influencing competitiveness, competitive environment analysis, and market positioning. The findings reveal the company’s strengths, weaknesses, risks, and growth opportunities. The project section offers practical recommendations for enhancing the enterprise's competitiveness. These include optimization of the product assortment, improvement of marketing tools, modernization of internal business processes, and economic justification for the proposed measures. The results of the research can be applied by enterprises in the tools and equipment market as well as other organizations seeking to strengthen their competitive advantages and develop long-term strategies under conditions of high market turbulence.
