Abstract
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and an appendix. The total volume is 97 pages and includes 14 tables, 9 figures, 1 appendix, and 50 sources. The first chapter outlines the theoretical foundations of strategic management in higher education institutions and examines the principles of forming development strategies. The second chapter analyzes the strategic management system of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, identifying strengths, challenges, and the effectiveness of current managerial practices. The third chapter provides recommendations for improving strategic management, with a focus on digital transformation, enhancement of planning mechanisms, and strengthening the efficiency of managerial processes.
