Abstract
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters (each containing two subsections), conclusions, a list of references, and an appendix. The total volume of the work is 66 pages and includes 7 tables, 9 illustrations, 1 appendix, and 45 sources. The first chapter outlines the theoretical foundations of small business management, defining the essence, features and classification of small enterprises, as well as the impact of martial law, economic instability and digital transformation on their functioning. The second chapter analyses the organizational and economic characteristics of the sole proprietor Vasylchuk “SKINDOC”, its management system, financial indicators, seasonal dynamics of the client base, and presents the results of SWOT and PEST analyses. The third chapter proposes directions for improving the enterprise’s management, in particular the introduction of budgeting and KPIs, formalization of business processes, development of digital marketing, improvement of personnel motivation and quality management systems, and provides an assessment of the expected effect of these measures.
