Abstract

The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, the first of which contains three sections, the second contains two sections, and the third contains three sections, conclusions, a list of sources used, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 75 pages, containing 18 tables, 4 figures, 1 appendix, and 51 sources used. The first chapter summarizes theoretical approaches to the concepts of “productivity” and “labor productivity” and considers methodological approaches to measuring labor productivity. The second chapter analyzes the organizational and economic structure and key performance indicators of the enterprise for 2022-2024. The third chapter contains practical recommendations for improving labor productivity management in the organization, including improving the staff training system depending on age categories, creating a flexible work schedule system, and improving the intangible motivation of employees.
