Abstract
This master's thesis examines the digitization of organizational management using the example of ECO TRANS BUD LLC. It considers the essence of digital technologies, trends in the development of digitization, and methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of digital solutions. An analysis of the level of digitalization at ECO TRANS BUD LLC is conducted, the state of technology application in management processes is determined, and the effectiveness of their integration is assessed. A strategy for improving digital management using artificial intelligence and business process automation is proposed. The economic effect is calculated, confirming the positive impact of the proposed measures on the enterprise's activities.
