Abstract
The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, the first chapter contains two sections, and the second and third chapters contain three sections each. The work also has conclusions for each chapter, a general conclusion, a list of references, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 94 pages, containing 6 tables, 8 figures, 1 diagram, 3 appendices, and 50 sources used. The first chapter summarizes the legislative and regulatory framework for managing the activities of the agency network in the insurance system, in particular, it identifies the main changes in legislation and requirements for the activities of agents in the insurance market of Ukraine. The second chapter analyzes the system of development of the intermediary market in insurance, in particular, it considers the main indicators of the agency network's activities for the period 2021-2025, using the example of PJSC “UPSK” and the state of the insurance market as a whole. The third chapter of the work contains proposals for improving the system of managing the development of the company's agency network, in particular regarding the regulation of agents' work, the organization of training in the field of “Building an effective communication system,” and the organization of the process of taking into account the results of agents' work.
