Abstract
The master’s qualification thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 69 pages. The thesis includes 11 tables, 5 figures, 1 appendix. The list of references consists of 50 items. The work processes regulatory, analytical, and academic sources on digital transformation issues. The first chapter summarizes theoretical approaches to digitalization in modern management, outlining the essence of digital transformation and its role in enterprise development management. The second chapter analyzes the digital infrastructure and managerial processes of PJSC “MHP,” including an organizational and economic profile of the enterprise, an assessment of digital competencies, and an evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented digital solutions. The third chapter provides practical recommendations for improving digital development management, focusing on the formulation of a digital transformation strategy, the adoption of advanced digital platforms, and the justification of the economic and organizational impact of the proposed measures.
