Abstract

The Master's thesis examines the theoretical aspects of forming a safe educational environment, free from violence and discrimination. The core role of the education institution head, as well as the regulatory, legal, and psycho-pedagogical support for creating a safe educational environment, free from violence and discrimination, are revealed. A diagnosis of the state of formation of a safe educational environment, free from violence and discrimination, was conducted at S.P. Korolyov School of I-III Levels No. 36 in Kyiv. Based on the analysis, methodological recommendations concerning the role of the education institution head in forming a safe educational environment, free from violence and discrimination, have been developed.
