Abstract
The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, set out on 75 pages of printed text, a list of sources used with 38 names and 3 appendices on 8 pages, contains 8 tables and 6 figures. The subject of the study is: the management aspect of the prevention of professional burnout of teaching staff in a general secondary education institution. The object of the study is the professional activity of the teaching staff of a general secondary education institution. The purpose of the master's research is the theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout of the teaching staff in a general secondary education institution by the head. The master's work explores the theoretical principles of the prevention of professional burnout of the teaching staff in a general secondary education institution by the head; analyzes the state of professional burnout of the teaching staff in ZZSO No. 29; develops practical recommendations for the prevention of professional burnout of the teaching staff by the head of the educational institution. In the course of the work, the application packages Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office PowerPoint were used.
