Abstract

This Master's thesis examines the theoretical aspects of organizing state-public management in the institution of general secondary education. The essence of the concept of 'state-public management' is revealed, the specific features of its organization in Ukraine and abroad are characterized, and the methods of such organization are identified. Based on the theoretical research, a diagnosis of the current state of organizing state-public management was carried out at the Hryhorii Vashchenko Lyceum No. 144 in Kyiv through a content analysis of the institution's administrative documentation, surveys of participants in the educational process, and a SWOT analysis of the management organization within the Lyceum. Drawing on the study of leading Ukrainian and foreign experience, practical recommendations for improving the organization of state-public management in the institution of general secondary education have been developed. The implementation of such management is a crucial condition for achieving high performance and fostering the development of education in Ukraine.
