Abstract

The theoretical foundations of educational diplomacy are analyzed, leading international and Ukrainian conceptual approaches are examined, and contemporary scholarly interpretations of this phenomenon are systematized. Foreign and domestic experience in implementing educational diplomacy is explored, with models and practices identified that can be adapted for use in general secondary education institutions. Based on the analysis of empirical data, expert assessments, interviews, surveys, and pedagogical observation, the level of partnership interaction, the competencies of participants in the educational process, and existing managerial barriers were identified. According to the obtained results, a model for developing educational diplomacy in the work of a school leader has been designed. It includes strategic goals, managerial approaches and a system of effectiveness indicators. Practical recommendations have been formulated to improve the international activities of the educational institution, enhance the quality of managerial decisions, and support the integration of the secondary education institution into international educational networks. Structure of the work: the work consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions to each of them, general conclusions, a list of references, and appendices.
