Abstract
The master’s thesis explores social partnership as a strategic resource for managing general secondary education institutions in the context of educational reforms, decentralization, and the challenges of wartime. Social partnership is defined as a systemic form of interaction among school administration, teaching staff, parent and student communities, local authorities, public organizations, businesses, and social services. The study analyzes theoretical approaches to partnership pedagogy and state–public governance, as well as the legal framework for the development of social partnership within the Ukrainian general secondary education system. A comparative analysis of Ukrainian and international practices of implementing social partnership in school management is conducted, which made it possible to identify effective models of shared governance and community participation in managerial decision-making. Based on the analysis of the practices of the Obolon Lyceum of the Obolon District of Kyiv, key challenges and development prospects of social partnership are identified. The thesis proposes recommendations for improving social partnership as a management resource, including the institutionalization of partnership relations, integration of partnership into strategic planning, and the development of inclusive partnership networks. Structure of the thesis: introduction, two chapters, conclusions, references, and appendices. Total volume – 64 pages, 9 tables, 60 references.
