Abstract
The master’s thesis examines the managerial aspects of forming pedagogical teams in general secondary education institutions under the conditions of transformation of the modern educational system. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing complexity of the educational process, the active implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies, the democratization of society, and the need to update managerial approaches to the development of the pedagogical potential of educational institutions. The purpose of the research is to identify the managerial aspects of forming pedagogical teams in general secondary education institutions. The object of the study is the process of forming pedagogical teams in general secondary education institutions, while the subject of the study is the managerial aspects of forming pedagogical teams in these institutions. The research employs a set of theoretical and empirical methods, including analysis and generalization of scientific literature, systemic and comparative analysis, induction and deduction methods, observation, modeling, forecasting, and planning. The study analyzes the essence and content of key concepts, examines Ukrainian and international practices of managing the formation of pedagogical teams, and identifies the specific features of organizing and managing pedagogical team activities using the case of the “Naukova Zmina” Lyceum. The thesis substantiates the importance of professional pedagogical teams as a key factor in improving the quality of the educational process, creating a supportive educational environment, and ensuring continuous professional development of teachers. Practical recommendations for improving the management of pedagogical team formation in general secondary education institutions are proposed. The paper consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions to the chapters, general conclusions, and a list of references comprising 53 sources presented on 6 pages. The total volume of the paper is 67 pages, with the main text occupying 59 pages. The paper contains 11 tables and 7 figures.
