Abstract
The Master's thesis examines the theoretical foundations and the evolution of inclusive education, and analyzes the main management models. Based on the analysis of existing practices, it was found that the activity of the Support Team (ST) functions mainly within the framework of the Coordination Model, which ensures procedural clarity but leads to fragmentation of work and reactive management. A diagnostic assessment of the ST's functioning at the Lyceum was conducted, which revealed a high level of specialist satisfaction with administrative control but identified key managerial barriers. A Program for optimizing the ST's management model was developed, based on the Proactive Cycle. Structure of the work: The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and conclusions, which include five tables, nineteen figures, and three appendices. The total volume of the work is 64 pages, of which 12 separate sheets are occupied by appendices, a list of abbreviations, and a list of references.
