Abstract
The master’s thesis substantiates the need to improve the management of partnership interaction between and public organizations as an important factor in forming proactive youth capable of participating in social change and taking responsibility for their own future, as well as the future of the the state. In the process of the research, proactive youth is identified as a key resource for societal development. It defines the main indicators and characteristics that should be developed in proactive young people. Based on an analysis of international experience and modern Ukrainian practice, the thesis proves that partnerships between educational institutions and public organizations contribute not only to the development of leadership qualities and proactivity among young people, but also enhance the transparency and efficiency of the educational environment. The study outlines the specifics of cooperation between the Stanislav Step School and various public organizations and identifies the factors influencing the effectiveness of this partnership. Recommendations for implementing partnership interaction in school management practices have been developed. These recommendations aim to ensure the sustainability of partnerships and support the formation of a proactive stance among student youth. Structure of the work: the work contains an introduction, three sections, conclusions, list of references, and appendices. Volume of work – 65 pages, 4 tables, 3 appendices. Number of sources used – 63 (6 pages).
