Abstract
The work conducted a comprehensive study of the personnel management system in the field of education. The first section reveals the theoretical foundations of personnel management, defines its essence, functions and principles, and analyzes the legislative and regulatory provisions regulating personnel management in educational institutions. The second section provides a detailed analysis of the personnel management system in Lyceum No. 190: a general description of the institution is presented, personnel policy and the structure of the teaching staff are studied, key problems and shortcomings in the organization of personnel work are identified. Ways to improve personnel management are substantiated, directions for optimizing personnel planning, modern approaches to motivating and evaluating personnel, as well as recommendations for increasing the efficiency of management processes in the field of personnel management are proposed. Structure of the work: the work contains an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of used literature and appendices. The volume of the work is 74 pages, 18 figures, 7 tables. The number of used sources is 62 on 5 pages.
