Abstract
The master's thesis presents a comprehensive theoretical and practical study of project activity as a tool for managing general secondary education institutions. The theoretical aspects of project activities in general secondary education institutions are considered. The essence and principles of the project approach (systematicity, teamwork, result orientation) and its role as a mechanism for implementing state strategic goals are revealed. An analysis of the state of project activities at the Lyceum of International Relations No. 51 in the Pecherskyi district of Kyiv was conducted based on a questionnaire and statistical data processing. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed and a system of criteria and indicators of project activity effectiveness as a management tool was formed. A conceptual model of management based on a project approach was proposed, taking into account the mechanisms of institutionalization, stimulation, and distribution of management roles. Structure of the work: the work contains an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The volume of the work is 79 pages, 10 tables, 4 figures, 3 appendices. The number of sources used is 35 on 3 pages.
