Abstract
The master`s qualification thesis examines the theoretical aspects of the attestation of pedagogical workers in the field of preschool education. Key concepts related to the research topic are defined. A review of the regulatory and legal framework for the attestation of pedagogical workers in preschool education institutions is conducted. The managerial principles of attestation of pedagogical workers in preschool institutions are analyzed. The specifics of the attestation process of pedagogical workers at Preschool Education Institution № 423 in the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kyiv are investigated. Recommendations are proposed to improve the organizational and managerial foundations of attestation of pedagogical workers in preschool education institutions. Structure of the work: the work contains an introduction, two sections, conclusions, list of references and appendices. Volume of work – 89 pages, 8 figures, 7 tables, 6 appendices. Number of sources used – 61 on 7 pages.
