Abstract

The qualification master's thesis examines the theoretical and practical aspects of managing the professional development of teachers of preschool educational institutions. The essence of the professional development of teachers, its role in improving the quality of the educational process and the efficiency of the institution's activities is revealed. The state of the professional development of teachers in a specific preschool educational institution is analyzed and the main directions of its improvement are identified. Practical recommendations are developed for organizing a system of professional development, advanced training and motivation of pedagogical workers. Recommendations are developed for implementing a comprehensive system of managing the professional development of teachers in a preschool educational institution. Structure of the work: the work contains an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, a list of used literature and appendices. The volume of the work is 73 pages, 7 figures, 6 tables. The number of sources used is 60 on 7 pages.
