Abstract
The contemporary Russian Federation reveals the tendency of strengthening the role of federal center. Internal ethnic geopolicy is of empire character. Real political rights of ethnic communities are decreasing. Targeted formation of superethnic Russian political nation is under way. Ethnic geopolicy are pursued for the sake of preserving in the Russian Federation of a single geospace political system.
