Abstract

The master’s thesis examines current trends in the implementation of experimental activities in educational institutions. It analyzes the organizational and managerial aspects of their implementation. The significance of research and experimental work for the introduction of educational innovations and the enhancement of management quality is revealed. A model for managing experimental activities in educational institutions, which considers the dynamics of the educational environment, is substantiated. Special attention is given to mechanisms of partnership interaction among participants in the educational process. The thesis describes the experience of implementing experimental activities at Lyceum №85 in Kyiv and provides practical recommendations for general secondary education institutions on effective management of such activities.
