Abstract

The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters (the first and third chapters contain three subsections each, the second – four), conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 71 pages, includes 7 tables, 0 illustrations, 12 appendices, and 52 sources. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical and methodological principles of business planning for marketing projects, reveals the essence and features of project activities in SMM, and defines the specifics of planning in the digital environment using modern approaches. The second chapter analyzes the marketing activities of the "VVN" company, conducts a SWOT analysis of the SMM direction, substantiates the financial and organizational structure of the project, and develops a mechanism for planning adaptation through synchronization with logistics cycles. The third chapter provides practical recommendations for implementing B2C communications based on the "Push-Pull" strategy, developing the "Project Gates" concept for integrating marketing into the supply chain, and a system for evaluating the project's financial efficiency through KPIs.
