Abstract
Summary The master's thesis investigates current issues regarding the organization of a digital educational environment in general secondary education institutions. The work examines the theoretical foundations of digitalization and analyzes the impact of modern challenges, such as the pandemic and martial law, on the transformation of Ukrainian education. Special attention is given to studying the best practies of implementing digital technologies in European countries (Estonia, Great Britain, the Netherlands) and comparing it with domestic realities within the context of the "New Ukrainian School" concept. The aim of the research is to develop methodological recommendations for improving the digital environment of a specific educational institution — Lyceum No. 176 named after Miguel de Cervantes. The study analyzes the problem of technical support in schools and the level of digital competence of educational process participants, as well as identifies ways to overcome barriers to the use of modern technologies. The practical signifacance results lies in the possibility of their application during institutional audits, certifiication, and strategic planning of the institution's development. The proposed recommendations are aimed at increasing the efficiency of school management, modernizing the educational process, and improving the image of the educational institution.
