Abstract
The relevance of the research topic is due to the growing turbulence of the macroeconomic environment, which requires business entities to radically adapt their operating models to sudden changes in external conditions. The article proves that traditional methods of incremental improvement exhaust their resource in conditions of systemic crises, and the digital transformation of anti-crisis management becomes an alternative tool for ensuring strategic viability. The purpose of the work is to substantiate conceptual approaches to the implementation of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence as basic elements of anti-crisis strategy, which allow integrating dynamic changes in the market environment into the management architecture to achieve sustainable competitive advantages. The following methods were used in the study: a systems approach became the methodological basis for considering the anti-crisis management system as a dynamic structure; comparative analysis was used to compare traditional reactive management methods with predictive models based on artificial intelligence; the deductive method was used to develop applied recommendations for the implementation of artificial intelligence algorithms; diagnostic and structural-functional analysis were used to identify barriers that hinder digital transformation; predictive modeling methods formed the basis for substantiating the role of analytics as a factor in ensuring strategic stability. The results obtained indicate that the key factor in successful anticrisis management in the context of digitalization is the ability of artificial intelligence systems to identify «weak signals» of risks before they enter the active phase. A mechanism for forming competitive advantages has been developed, which is based on the automation of the analysis of large data sets and the modeling of multi-scenario forecasts of the development of the enterprise. It has been proven that the use of neural networks for processing unstructured information allows minimizing the time lag between the emergence of a threat and the implementation of countermeasures, ensuring high accuracy of management response. The practical value of the article lies in the formation of applied tools for enterprise managers to build self-adaptive management systems.
