Abstract

Abstract. The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the organization and implementation of teaching practice for students of higher education institutions majoring in Music Art under conditions of educational digitalization, the introduction of a competency-based approach, and the development of an inclusive educational environment. The didactic potential of multimedia technologies, interactive methods, instructional formats, as well as project-based and quest-based activities is examined as effective means of developing professional, creative, and digital competencies in student trainees. Particular attention is given to the inclusive dimension of pedagogical practice, specifically issues related to the adaptation of music-educational content and the use of digital tools to ensure accessibility of learning. A model of digital support for pedagogical practice is proposed, which involves the use of electronic reporting, cloud services, and digital methodological resources. The purpose of the article is to propose new approaches, effective forms, and technologies for conducting teaching practicum. To achieve this goal, the following research methods were employed: analysis of scientific and methodological literature and regulatory documents, generalization of pedagogical experience, modeling, as well as descriptive and comparative methods. The research findings confirm that the integration of multimedia technologies, interactive methods and instructional formats, along with digital support, contributes to improving the quality of professional training of future music teachers. Conclusions. It has been demonstrated that the proposed innovative methods and forms, inter-university cooperation, and an inclusive approach constitute essential components of contemporary pedagogical practice. They ensure the development of professional reflection, social responsibility, and students’ readiness to work in diverse educational environments. In order to enhance the practical training of students in music-pedagogical specializations, the implementation of a digital support model for teaching practicum within the educational process of higher education institutions is recommended.
