Abstract

Training competitive specialists in the social sphere in conditions of martial law and social instability highlights the need to rethink educational approaches and expand the arsenal of practice-oriented teaching technologies. Training technologies, providing a holistic combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a safe learning environment, are an effective tool for implementing a competency-based approach in the professional training of future social workers. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical justification for the structural components of the potential of training technologies and to systematise their types in accordance with the target orientation towards the formation of professional competences. A set of complementary methods was used in the research process: analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, systematisation, and classification. Based on the results of the research, four structural components of the potential of training technologies were identified: activity, reflection, communication and value-motivation. A classification of training technologies in the professional training of future social workers was proposed, ranging from communicative training to supervision and self-management training, which reflects the logic of the gradual complication of professional tasks and purposefully forms separate clusters of professional competencies. The methodological variability of the proposed classification ensures flexible application of training forms in accordance with specific educational goals, the content of academic disciplines, and the individual characteristics of students. The results of the study can be used by teachers of higher education institutions to improve the content of educational programmes and introduce innovative forms of practical training for social workers
